I stayed at this hotel for couple of nights recently. I asked for accessible room and the room was huge, with a nice sitting area, and the wheelchair could go everywhere. I was not happy with the hotel for its poorly designed roll in shower. The fold down shower seat has its back to the shower controls, which are behind the user’s shoulder blades. It is impossible to sit on the seat and operate the controls. The seat should be mounted on a wall perpendicular to the wall with the shower controls. Apart from it, i did not faced much challenges. Room service was excellent, staff was hard working and helpful throughout our stay.
