Furnished in contemporary African style, Impangele caters to your every need during your stay in Swellendam. Spacious rooms and polished pine floors in the main house create a unique atmosphere and touch of African luxury. Our Zebra room is designed to also accommodate wheelchair users with a roll in shower room.

Three spacious en-suite double/twin rooms in the main house (all of which can accommodate extra beds if required) can be booked on a bed and breakfast basis. The whole house is completely wheelchair accessible with the Zebra room & its en-suite shower room designed to meet the specific needs of wheelchair users.

A self-contained 2 bedroom garden cottage (sleeping up to 6 people), with kitchen, bathroom, living area, private veranda with access to the garden and plunge pool,  is offered on a self-catering basis.

The Zebra Room

The Zebra Room, in the main house, an en-suite double room fully adapted for wheelchair users, with wide doors and easy access to the washing facilities and shower. You can enjoy your evening in the lounge with an open fireplace or sit out on the terrace overlooking the mountains, with a sun-downer. Cottage

Impangele Cottage is a delightful cottage situated in the garden of Impangele Guest house, overlooking the garden and Bontebok Park from one aspect, and Langeberg Mountains from the other. It is well equipped and is an excellent base for those who want to explore the Overberg by car, foot, motor bike or bicycle.

It has two separate bedrooms and a living area and kitchen with a back door opening onto the verandah and garden. The kitchen has a microwave, a cooker, a fridge freezer, crockery and cutlery are all supplied. There is also a breakfast bar, where you can sit and gaze at the stunning views while you munch your toast. There’s a toaster too.

In the living area, there are two comfortable sleeper couches and on cooler, wet evenings you can watch TV, listen to CD, watch DVD or play games on the Play station – games are provided which are suitable for the whole family. In the bathroom there is a bath with an overhead shower.
