From the passion between the East and the West blossomed the idea of the name Miss Saigon, inspired by Puccini's work. Due to its multicultural gastronomy, its constant research and grown experience, Miss Saigon it's a cuisine which world spreads veganism and gathers at the same table all the nations from East to West, passing over to each food the passion and the harmony between the human being and nature. The world wise cuisine ,Miss Saigon, was founded in 2009, a project by Claudia Salú and Paulo Almeida with the signature of the architect Claudia Figueiredo. The crysantemus it's one of the various inspirations of Miss Saigon's project. It's one of the most world spread flowers and that can much better inspire the daily beauty of the identity and practise of Miss Saigon's cuisine . In the West it symbolises passion and in the East, wisdom. Spices and fresh aromatic herbs represent for Miss Saigon's cuisine the fundamental prime food supplies that determine the beginning of each flavour's journeys and experiences stimulating ones imaginary or reviving the memories of any eternal traveller.
From the various and nourishing soups , Miss Saigon's smoothies and organic teas to more than 700 main dishes from more than 70 countries, already created by the chef Cláudia Salú and the exclusively produced and controlled desserts by Miss Saigon's cuisine. This is a distinctive Vegan cuisine that is set in a cosmopolitan Lisbon where Passion, Innovation, Experience and Creativity are constant engines of Miss Saigon's dynamics.
