We travel frequently to Mexico in search of old and modern recipes from the many different regions, and take pride in offering more than just the traditional Mexican fare. We make Chile Rellenos from the Poblano Chiles of Puebla, Yucatan Carnitas from the Peninsula and fantastic Green Corn Tamales like those in Oaxaca.
