To the rear of the house itself there is a large, tranquil, wheelchair friendly courtyard style garden with patios, pagoda, "Sensory Garden" and BBQ area with outdoor tables and chairs - The ideal place to relax and unwind.

• Bedroom 4 - Sleeps two in twin beds (1 of which is a profiling bed)

• Bedroom 5 - Sleeps two  in a double profiling bed & X-Y ceiling track hoist

• Bathroom 2 - Wet-room with: high & low basins, accessible toilet with arm supports, level access shower area with fold down shower seat
