The entrance to this pub features a 37.5″ wide door with an automatic opener. The second door inside the pub does not have an automatic opener and is smaller in width (34″). Once inside, patrons are treated to wide aisles; the floor is carpeted throughout. This pub would be a great spot for larger groups as there are a vast amount of 28″ high tables.
The Bishop and Belcher has an accessible patio that can be accessed through 2 separate 37.5″ wide doors in the dining area. There are no level changes between the patio and the dining area. The patio did look to be a bit crowded with tables, which could make navigation challenging for some.
The men’s and women’s washroom are equipped with a 58″x 60″ accessible stall, with 2 grab bars. There is no handle on the inside of the stall door to assist with closing after entering. The 29″ high sink is clear of clutter in front and underneath. The paper towel dispenser is the only accessory with automatic features. All other features are easily reached.
