We are ideally located in the heart of Scotland with Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling all less that a 45 minute drive away. 

Our 6 bedroomed modern home has 2 guests room situated on the ground floor, one double room with en-suite and one double/twin room also with en-suite

Each room is tastefully decorated with Wi-Fi access, Sky HD television, hairdryer, bath robe, complimentary toiletries, iron & ironing board and courtesy tray with complimentary Scottish biscuits.   Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge in the evening with a cup of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or refreshments with home baking available.

Breakfast is served daily from 7am with a choice of continental or full Scottish breakfast; When available the bacon and sausage we serve is home grown, otherwise it is locally produced.  

We are also proud to advise the free-range eggs we serve are from our own hens, and the warm bread and jam available each day are also homemade.
