Having a slight disability and finding the shower difficult to access, I was asked a room with a walk-in shower and they easily provided me. The walk in shower had both a monsoon shower and a hand-held unit as well. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and tea and coffee facilities were provided. The staff were great. Breakfast was a delight. Lifts to everywhere so ideal for disabled people. We loved our stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone of all ages and all abilities.
