Valley Caravan Park was established in 1945 by William A Taylor and has continued to be run by the same Cornish family throughout the years. The park boasts a wonderful location in Old Polzeath, and is renowned as one of Cornwall's premier surfing beaches.

Our aim is to make your holiday with us a happy and memorable occasion. Either myself, a member of the family or staff will be available at most times during the day to help with the smooth running of the park and also for emergencies during the night.

The Park is situated in a valley leading down to the sea, with the entrance only 200 yards from Polzeath's sandy beach. We have tried to keep the park as natural as possible, encouraging wildlife, especially the mallard duck - these nest on the site and with their young, freely waddle the park, together with other domesticated ducks, geese and moorhens. Due to the wildlife, we regret that DOGS are not permitted on the site (except guide dogs).

Facilities

• Lounge Bar - with a six day licence; has live entertainment at least four nights in high season; so why not relax in our conservatory with a drink after a busy day on the beach, with cafe also offering take-away food. (Please note the Bar is open limited hours during low season and is closed during the winter).

Rosevarlock Cottage

Rosevarlock, a large six bedroom house situated 100yds from the beach in the village of Polzeath, sleeping a total of fourteen people and only let to Familes. (Two people using sofa bed in lounge).

There are five bedrooms upstairs including two double, two bunk rooms and one twin bedroom, there is also a double bedroom downstairs. Four of the bedrooms have a sink and all have electric heating.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom upstairs and a shower/toilet room is also situated downstairs off the main lounge.

The large main lounge has a TV and DVD player and is heated by a night storage heater and a wood burner. There is also a seperate small TV lounge with TV, DVD and Video.

A large kitchen/diner is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc, and an airing cupboard where a high chair and cot is stored.

Apartments

The six apartments are situated on the Valley Caravan Park in Polzeath and are above the ground floor of the main amenities building.

Within easy walk to the village & the local shops, pubs and restaurants, ideally located to explore the local areas of, Rock, Padstow, Wadebridge, Port Isaac and great access to all of Cornwall.

All of our apartments have full central heating.
