Our chefs took the classic ingredients and methods of cooking that are at the heart of traditional Indian cooking and fused them with a modern culinary sensibility. The result is fresh flavours and aromas that leap off the plate alongside deep, rich masalas where classic ingredients like fenugreek and jeera combine to reinvigorate the most jaded palate.
But we didn’t stop there. Subtlety was needed to properly complement the bold and authentic flavours of our new menu. Delicate touches of, among other things, curry leaf and tempered mustard seed lift our dishes to new heights.
