Fully Equipped Kitchen
The ground floor of The Lynhurst contains our expansive dining room and kitchen. Our kitchen contains everything you’d expect from a farmhouse kitchen – including a three oven Aga, two double ovens in addition to an 8 ring hob, a microwave, two spacious fridge freezers, and two dishwashers.
The adjoining dining room contains a large family table which seats 22, and boasts views of our picturesque terrace. A laundry room is also provided, with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
And if you don’t wish to cook, arrangements can be made for our fully-trained chef to provide you with wonderful, restaurant-quality food. Just ask us for the latest menu.
Relaxation and Entertainment
Two large, comfortable lounges are available to you during your stay. The first contains an open fireplace, baby grand piano and TV with DVD player – giving you the choice of modern entertainment, or the sort of evening enjoyed by the home’s original Victorian occupants.
The second lounge is fitted with a multi stove burning coal and logs, TV and CD player, as well as large French windows and a balcony overlooking our beautiful gardens and the stunning Exmoor National Park.
