Touring & Camping
We accept touring caravans, motorhomes and tents on-site at Warren Farm. We have mainly grass pitches, with some hardstandings currently on Fields 5 and 6 only. All pitches are spacious and level with plenty of room to park the car alongside your unit.
We take pride in our award-winning, clean and modern facilities. Every touring & camping area has access to a wardened washroom and facility block, which is well-equipped and maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness. There are also children's playgrounds in most touring fields, so you could even watch the kids play from the comfort of your pitch. We have a number of hardstanding, disabled pitches that are closer to the facility blocks, which must be pre-booked by disabled badge holders only. Private, disabled washrooms are also available; simply pick up the key from Reception for a small deposit.
Our pitches are approx 9m x 9m and we can accommodate very large tents up to this size.
Caravan Hire
Our deluxe static caravans for hire offer a very high standard of accommodation, set in an exclusive area by the beach. Our hire fleet is situated across the road from Main Reception in a quiet, secluded location on the sand dunes. It has its own private footpath to the beach and is just a short walk from Warren Farm's facilities, including The Beachcomber, Play Barn and shops.
There are several different caravan models, all are modern and within 4 years old. We offer either a four or six berth occupancy which cannot be exceeded. The four berth caravans have one double room and one twin room. The six berth caravans have one double and two twin rooms. The main hire fleet has a strict no-pets policy, however we have one static caravan, The Dunes, which allows one dog.
Each holiday home has a contemporary interior and spacious lounge area with gas heating, flat screen TV and DVD player. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a range of appliances including an oven, grill, microwave and toaster. There is a modern shower room and each caravan has its own picnic bench area outside. The Holiday Home Hire park entrance has a secure barrier system with its own private car park.
Disability Access
Our holiday centre has seasonal pitches for caravan owners, touring and camping pitches and a small static caravan hire fleet. The park is generally level with tarmac roadways and some limited footpath provision.
Holiday Home Hire
Our caravan hire area is located in elevated sand dunes. One of the caravans (Number 4) has ramped and stepped access to a conventional static unit, which has not been adapted for wheelchair use. Hire fleet parking is available near to, but not alongside the ramped unit, with limited dropped kerb provision to assist wheelchair users. The roadway leading to our hire fleet has a gradual incline with no handrail provision.
Touring & Camping
Touring pitches are mainly grass (Fields 5 and 6 have some hardstanding pitches) and in the main level, with parking available alongside units. There are a number of pitches reserved to enable Blue Badge Holders to pitch near to the washroom facilities in Fields 5 and 6 (Field 6 is a no pets area). Individual, disabled shower and toilet facilities are located on Fields 2, 4, 5, 6 and Sunnyside Field 10, with ramped access where required.
There are a number of tarmac footpaths and touring pitches are sited close to the roadways in each field. There is a 10mph speed limit signposted throughout the centre and a number of speed bumps in several locations. There are disabled parking bays next to the facility block in Field 6.
Our staff will be happy to offer assistance, although there is no staff provision for pitching individual customer units.
Public Buildings
Access to all public buildings on the park is suitable for those with partial mobility and colour schemes generally provide contrast between floor, wall and doorways for the partially sighted.
The Beachcomber
Our clubhouse, The Beachcomber is mostly on one level, with a unisex disabled toilet leading from the front foyer (toilet and baby change, RADAR access only). There is ramped access alongside a two-step drop to the children's Pirates Cove. Menus are printed and signwritten, and our staff will be happy to assist you in making your food choice. There is a wide range of food offered, which we anticipate will meet most dietary requirements. There are designated disabled parking bays in The Beachcomber car park.
Wheelchair Hire
We have a limited number of wheelchairs for customer use, for which there is no charge. Please check availability and make suitable reservations at the time of booking. If you require mobility scooter hire, our Reception staff can provide details of local companies that offer this service.

We had been to this Park recently with our whole group. I loved that there was wheelchair available on hire and it was free of cost. Access to all public buildings on the park is suitable for those with partial mobility. I was bit disappointed using Bathroom. Firstly you cannot alter temp of water same as others which is extremely dangerous when you have conditions like mine and secondly there is no curtain so if you have a frame or wheelchair it will be wet through by the time you leave. We stayed in Caravan, they did arrange ramp up to door. Overall it was good experience and not much problems were faced being disabled person.
