On the north coast and in an enviable position situated between Watergate Bay and Newquay, Porth is a delightful, sheltered cove with a fantastic long, sandy beach that is level with the road. Although only one mile along the coast from lively Newquay, Porth is a total contrast. It’s close enough if you like the buzz of a busy seaside town but far enough away to be a tranquil retreat.
Porth Veor Villas and Apartments are a small complex of just eight villas and four apartments situated in the grounds of Best Westeren Porth Veor Manor and sharing the hotel’s facilities. Most overlook the pool or benefit from beach views
The apartments have been equipped and furnished to a very high standard and are available on either a self catering, bed and breakfast or half board basis.
All units are spacious and range from 840 square foot for apartments, to 1000 square foot for the villas.
The cosy rooms feature en suite bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Some rooms have beach views, while family rooms add bunk beds.
Cooked breakfast is free. Hotel amenities include an airy restaurant with scenic views, as well as bar and lounge areas. There's also a seasonal heated outdoor pool and direct beach access.
There are seven villas and four apartments. Each with one double and one twin, plus two deluxe bathrooms including one en-suite.
There is one villa with two doubles and one twin and three deluxe bathrooms including one en-suite.
Porth Veor Manor Hotel, Villas & Apartments
For guests who may have walking difficulties please note we do not have any ground floor hotel bedrooms, however, we do have one apartment and this can be booked on a bed and breakfast, half board or self-catering basis.
The hotel has no lift although the bar, restaurant and conservatory are all on the ground floor. All hotel bedrooms are on the first or second floor and are therefore unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for those with severe walking difficulties.
The Beach House
Disabled clients are most welcome, however The Beach House Apartments are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair. There is one ground floor apartment and the first and second floor units are accessible via a lift.
Within each apartment all rooms are on the same level.
Porth Cottage & Studio Annexe
Both the 18th Century Porth Cottage and the adjacent Studio Annexe is totally unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair.

Read All ReviewsThis hotel doesn’t provide any bedroom for Disabled user but they have a separate apartment for wheelchair user. There is one ground floor apartment & it can be accessible through lift. Overall this is not suitable place for disabled user.
