We were here to attend the wedding function. Requested for accessible room and they provided me the best room out of the available one’s. Room was clean, comfortable and had enough spaces, but it was not designed as accessible room, so few things were out of reach and one cannot reach out without someone helping you. Bathroom was nice and you would require to negotiate few of things as it was also not fully accessible. Common areas were accessible and as i had someone helping me throughout, didn’t faced much problems. Also the ramp for the general disabled toilet in the hotel is actually kept in the toilet so will have to be requested the toilet being accessed down a very large step impossible to negotiate with a wheelchair. Staff was attentive and did their best by helping out all the guests.
