On the south coast of Cornwall, perched above the picturesque Mevagissey Bay, lies the five-star Heligan Caravan and Camping Park.

Part of the original Heligan Estate and surrounded by natural beauty, Heligan Caravan and Camping Park is a magical destination which can be enjoyed all year round; with seasonal colours and charming wonders to inspire and excite visitors of all ages..

You can get all your essentials from our well-stocked shop and on-site laundrette with drying area. There’s a selection of lovely dog walks nearby and our children’s play area is perfect for stretching little legs and imaginations!

Heligan Caravan and Camping Park is located in magical countryside, beside the Lost Gardens of Heligan and just two miles from the Cornish coast. There's so much to see and do, you'll probably find there isn't enough time to see and do everything!

Facilities

You won’t find spas or Jacuzzis at Heligan Caravan and Camping Site. But you will find all the things you need to make your stay comfortable.

Shower Blocks: The heated amenity block offers you individual showers, toilets and an excellent disabled wet room. There’s no charge for hot and cold water.

Water: There are water points conveniently located around the park.

Campsite Shop: For the odd pint of milk, newspaper and loaf of bread, we have a small well-stocked shop conveniently located on site

Further information

Launderette: When the towels get soggy and the jeans too muddy, you can make use of our on-site launderette and outside drying area.

Play Area: As well as looking for birds, bees and bugs around the park, your little ones can also let off steam and make new friends in the children’s play area.

Other useful facilities: Calor gas exchange facilities are available as is a freezer to re-freeze freezer blocks. 

Reception: If you need any information about the many activities or attractions in the area, our staff at reception will be happy to help. Please note however, we are a small team at Heligan Woods and occasionally Reception will be closed whilst we are working elsewhere on the site – during these times we will put a notice up to show our location so that you can find us. Our warden’s vans are also clearly marked, please do not hesitate to ring the bell if we are on-duty.  

Bike Hire: Located at Pentewan, cycle hire is available to our guests.

The Seahorse at Pentewan Sands: As visitors to our park, you’re also welcome to enjoy the facilities at nearby, Pentewan Sands. Just a few miles away, car parking facilities are available and parking costs can be redeemed against purchases in The Seahorse Centre. There’s also a fun-filled children’s play zone and for a small daily charge you can dive into the two indoor swimming pools.
