Read All ReviewsMy booking told them that one Guest was disabled. We get our room at 6pm goes up and my chair won’t fit in the room. Although he did say the ground floor rooms where suitable for me there wasn’t any available. So we go went down in the basement to look at another room, it was just’ large enough to maneuver my chair in the bedroom but not bathroom and had a shower cubicle with a step still not wheelchair friendly. The only thing I found good was staff was friendly and rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.
