Appley Manor Hotel, Ryde was built in 1850 as a magnificent Victorian residence. The architecture copied that of Osborne House (Queen Victoria's residence at Cowes) with an observation tower overlooking the Solent, as was fashionable in Victorian times on the Isle of Wight. Today, Appley Manor Hotel has been extensively refurbished to include all modern comforts and offers you some of the most comfortable accommodation in the Ryde area.
Appley Manor is in the ideal location to visit many of the islands top points of interest. The vast golden sandy beaches of Ryde are a mere ten minute walk away. WightKarting Go-Karte track is located a five minute drive away from the hotel and offers an adrenalin filled experience. If you are looking for something a bit more mellow why not visit Seaview wildlife encounter, offering a hands on wild life experience, and located only two minutes drive away.

Appley Manor offers a wide range of function options, and we cater to a number of occasions including Birthdays, , Wakes, Anniversaries and just about any other occasion you can think of.
We can provide a private Function room for up to 50 people, with its high celling and grand Victorian demeanour it’s the prefect venue for any and all Functions. However if the private Function room is not to your taste or there are more than 50 attendees we can host events in our spacious main restaurant.

Today I went Appley Manor for lunch with the wheelchair. The food was excellent as usual, service was prompt & efficient. When we booked we asked for a table with easy access to the disabled toilet, which they did. Would definitely recommend here to people with wheelchairs as long as you pre-book.
