Where you will enjoy 40 acres of beautiful unspoilt countryside with the camping pitches occupying two large closely mown fields, surrounded by farmland and ancient woodland.
A mile and a half away lies Ye Old Kyngs Town Brading. Offering two local pubs and quaint little restaurants to suit all pockets, 800 metres in the opposite direction is an out of town Tesco, 18 hole golf course, and a lovely garden centre serving early morning breakfast plus for the young at heart a go kart track.
Appley beach is within easy reach and also Bembridge beach where children can hunt for crabs or cockles at low tide.
Footpaths from the site will take you across country to St Helens and Seaview with beautiful views over the Solent. The sites position is an ideal starting point from which to explore the delights of the Island either by car, public transport, bicycle or on foot.
This long established family run holiday park is well known for it’s friendly relaxed atmosphere.
Reception – Opening times vary and according to the time of year can be found at the owners home; please look for direction on arrival to the site. Early and late arrival before 8.00am and after 9.00pm is only permitted with prior approval.
Toilets – Each field has its own purpose built toilet block, one with a toilet for the disabled, and dishwashing room, razor and hair drier points. Hot water is free to the washbasins. Water points and soak-aways surround the camping fields.
Hot Water – Hot water is free to all amenities
Showers – The showers are free.
Chemical Toilet Disposal – Two points are available.
Laundrette – Two commercial washing machines, dryer, ironing board & irons. Deep sinks for hand washing

Electric Hook-ups – Available to allocated pitches. To be booked in advance. Units must have an approved earth leakage safety device fitted.
Battery Charging – Available from reception. On a leave one day, pick up the next basis, during reception opening times.
Ice-packs – We operate our own service from reception. A once-a-day exchange for frozen packs.

Camping Gas– A good supply of bottled Calor and Camping gas for exchange is available at Reception.
