Introduction
Rosemary Cottage is situated in purpose built accommodation which is attached to the main house but which has a seperate entrance. The nearest bus stop is just outside Rosemary Cottage.

Arrival And Car Parking Facilities
We have ample car parking, approx 5 m from the B&B across a gravelled drive.
We can assist with luggage.
Main Entrance
Across a gravelled area - there are two paved steps to the main entrance, each are 17cm high.
Entrance door 80cm wide, door step 200cm high.
All the public areas have wood effect flooring, there are no steps to the louge area which leads to the patio which has two steps each of 20cms.
All bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
Lounge
The lounge is adjacent to the hall, and this is where breakfast is served in the Winter months or in Pedallers Café in the Summer. Patio slabs to Pedallers Café which is approx. 100m from the accommodation.
Bedrooms (3)
All rooms are situated on the ground floor. Each room has a door 80cm x 200cm. All rooms have fitted carpets and large 180cm beds which can be configured as two 90cm twins. There are no steps to the en suite bathrooms which have tiled floors and large shower trays.
