Welcome to the Penmorvah Manor, a country hotel nestled in peaceful woodlands above Cornwall’s sub-tropical south coast. We offer comfortable and attractive accommodation very close to the popular town of Falmouth.
Built in 1872 the Penmorvah has seen many changes over the years and our latest addition is a sun-deck on the front lawn with stunning sea views. Perfect for the many weddings and celebrations taking place here.
Polished rooms are decorated in a traditional country style and feature free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, plus tea and coffeemaking equipment. Some rooms have garden or sea views, and upgraded rooms add separate seating areas.
Freebies include on-site parking and full English breakfast. There's also a cocktail bar and a restaurant, plus outdoor seating in the gardens.
LCD televisions with free view channels and radio, free wireless internet access, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, direct dial telephone and beverage making facilities.

MASTER BEDROOM & BRIDAL SUITE
Our Master Bedrooms are quite individual and ever so quirky for a special night away. Both rooms overlook our Woodland gardens and have far reaching views to Maenporth beach and the sea.
MANOR BEDROOMS
Our Manor bedrooms are located in the main house and are traditionally and individually designed. Each room is spacious and offers extra room and comfort. All with king size beds.
SUPERIOR STANDARD ROOMS
Superior standard bedrooms are very comfortable and offer good accommodation for visitor needs. All can be found in the East wing of the House and offer ample space and super king beds. Each room overlooks the Woodland Gardens.
STANDARD DOUBLE ROOMS
Standard double rooms are cosy but perfect for a short break. These rooms are located in the East wing of the House and all equipped with standard double beds. Each room overlooks the courtyard and holiday cottages.
FIRE SAFETY
The Hotel is equipped with fire detection and alarms. Please make yourself aware of the fire exits and full fire emergency procedures, which are displayed in your room and Guest Information folders.
SMOKING
The Penmorvah Manor operates a No Smoking Policy throughout the bedrooms, all public areas and the Restaurants. Guests are welcome to smoke in the designated outside smoking areas.
ENTERTAINMENT
The Hotel has occasional weekend entertainment and is a popular Wedding and Event venue in Cornwall.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Free on-site parking is available at the Penmorvah Manor; however the Hotel does not accept responsibility for damage or theft of vehicles or their contents whilst parked on site.
Bedrooms are not normally available until 3pm; however an earlier check in may be possible upon request.
We respectfully request that Bedrooms be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
VALUABLES
The Hotel cannot be held responsible for articles of value, other than those deposited with Reception for safe custody in the Hotel safe.
