The former archdeaconry at 4 Canon Lane is a beautifully restored eight bedroom house situated in the historic precincts of Chichester Cathedral.

All bedrooms are en-suite and offer stunning views of the Cathedral or gardens. The house consists of four large double or twin bedded rooms, three standard double and a ground floor single room with wheelchair accessible facilities. Each bedroom has been decorated to a high standard and offers a hospitality tray, flat screen TV and hairdryer. Breakfast is available in the dining room of the house which looks out into the private, walled garden. All our products are locally sourced and we use fair trade produce where possible. You can hire the whole of 4 Canon Lane for larger parties, conferences and special occasions. We have catering facilities if required for conferencing, evening meals and parties.

There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a single divan bed, with step free level access from the front door. This bedroom is fully fitted to be suitable for disabled use. The height from the floor to the mattress top is 24inch/610mm. The door opening width is 34inch, 865mm. The 7 remaining bedrooms are all on the first floor and only accessible by the stairs.

The ground floor bedroom en-suite bathroom is a wet room; it is
all on one level including entering it from the bedroom.:
