Award Winning Smiley cottage is an accessible self catering holiday cottage set within the grounds of Westward Living at Duckhaven Stud in Westward Ho! North Devon. The cottage as 2 large ensuite bedroom, one bed room has a spacious walk in wet room, with optional shower chairs. The cottage is equipped with a ramp for access and has door frames suitable for wheelchair access. The cottage has a tasteful coastal styling and is one of our most popular cottages for guests all year round. Complimentary WIFI and delicious cream tea on arrival. Our friendly on site hosts are able to help guests plan their holiday experiences are can advise on the best accessible tourist attractions and nearby restaurants.

- Space for unloading and loading is situated outside the front door. Parking of vehicle 35 meters from cottage
- Information is given to all guests prior to arrival on local suppliers
- Cottage is 100 meters from Bideford Bus route no 16 which operates hourly, with connection to national bus and rail links
- Cottage is easily accessible for taxi
- Cottage is 12 miles from nearest train station Barnstaple
- Owners will assist with carrying luggage on arrival and departure

- Key collection is from the reception building during offices hours (Mon-Fri 9-5:30pm) For arrivals outside of office hours please call the office on 01237 238967 or 24-hour guest phone 07807 096997 to make suitable arrangements. For guests without phone please knock on door at main farm house “Duckhaven Stud” upon arrival.
