Privately owned modern 4 bedroomed cottage situated on the Atlantic Reach Leisure Resort and just 7 miles from the nearest beach. The house is wheelchair accessible and has ceiling hoist facilities in the downstairs bedroom for disabled guests, as well as a fully equipped wetroom. There are 3 further bedrooms upstairs aswell as 3 more bathrooms - one with a jacuzzi bath.
There is ample parking just outside the door both front and rear. It is safe for children to play and the property has been especially adapted to accommodate those with mobility problems.

The house is fully equipped for disabled use with hoist and track, grab rails, wet room with toileting chair.
