Beeson Farm offers five award winning, 4 Star, Victorian self catering cottages in South Devon. The farm is situated in a peaceful, sheltered valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between the small harbour towns of Dartmouth and Salcombe. We are less than a mile from the South West Coastpath and the traditional fishing village at Beesands, which has a lovely unspoilt beach, a pub serving locally sourced food, a seafood shack/ village store offering fresh fish and a childrens playground.
Our cottages provide the perfect base for exploring stunning beaches, sheltered coves, coastal walks, swimming, surfing, sailing, diving and birdwatching. There is a wealth of historic towns nearby, offering old world charm and a unique mix of independent shops and boutiques. There are numerous National Trust properties and gardens within easy reach and Dartmoor is the perfect destination for a day trip.
Our idyllic cottages are perfect for families, couples or groups of friends who want to get away from it all and explore Devons beautiful south coast. There is a playground for the under 10’s in the orchard and a table tennis room. Children are welcome to help feed and collect eggs from our hens. Off season short breaks and 2 person discounts are available. There is a choice of dog welcome or pet and feather free cottages. Two of our cottages are suitable for those with additional access needs.
We are a family run business, owned, managed and maintained by the Cross family, who aim to make your holiday as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Read All ReviewsThere are total five comfortable and fully equipped cottages set in a quiet location surrounded by the beautiful Devonian rolling countryside. We feel very fortunate to have found Beeson Farm. No wonder they receive such high ratings from both travellers and professionals! The location is simply stunning. The cottages (most are pet friendly) themselves are lovingly converted barns and are very attractive and well appointed. Accessible cottages with high disabled facilities for wheelchair users also. Great Stay.
