Entrances are flat and step-free with bricked paths leading to the conservatory and the 1 1/2 width side door. The front door is rarely used but has a porch which can be used for storage. There are two low steps here, one into the porch and one into the house.

The Blue Room with Wet Room
This spacious bedroom has a double bed, accessible on both sides, bedside tables with touch lamps and contains a sitting-height mirror.

Wet room
The wet room leads off the blue room and has a drop-down shower chair and adjustable height, free-head shower. Fixed handrails are either side of the shower chair, beside the sink and the toilet. The toilet is 19cm high and in addition there is a raised seat available. The room has a non-slip floor throughout and is large enough for assistance and manoeuvrability.

All other bedrooms have sinks and both the purple and red rooms have space to sit in front of a mirror. All the rooms are spacious and can accommodate equipment.

The Kitchen
Overlooking the front garden, the kitchen has a mid-height oven and grill. A central island has an overhang allowing space for wheelchair users.

The Lounge
A large, light room with windows on two sides overlooking the pretty rear garden. There are 2 three-seater sofas and a large, powered recliner chair.

Dining room
An Ercol dining table can be adjusted to sit 8-10 people and has leg raisers available.

Outside
The entire outside is step-free and flat offering equal access to the gardens.

Terrain Around Property:

Description
This welcoming accommodation comprises four bedrooms sleeps 8, plus infants and is ideal for extended families.

All linen and towels are provided and extra blankets are available should you need them.

The fourth bedroom, accessed independently from the main house, is a great retreat for teenagers, parents and perfect for additional carers.

Two bathrooms offer flexibility the of bath and showers, with one being a fully accessible wet room. To make your holiday that little bit easier, each room has its own sink and mirror.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, two ovens and a stove-top. The utility room has both a washing machine and tumble drier.

There is free wifi and BT TV alongside plenty of DVDs, books and games.

The garden at Heath View is a great family space. The immediate area is secure and private with patio furniture and a BBQ. Beyond this is the shared garden (shared only with us as we live next door) with play area, sunken trampoline and sand pit, a grass tennis/croquet court and our pigs, chickens and ducks.

The accessible, indoor swimming pool is kept at 30-32 degrees and has an overhead hoist with slings available for hire. there are wide steps in one corner and the pool is 1.2m deep throughout. The path leading to the pool is step-free. Outside the pool is a hot tub.
