Stayed for the first time at this hotel recently and i must admit they provided excellent service and everything was above par. Got accessible room on request, got room on 25th floor and a view of the Empire State Building right out one of the many windows in the room. I was able to drive my wheelchair all around in the room and even take the wheelchair into the bathroom. The room had just the right amount of grab rails in all the right places around the toilet and bath/shower. Lovely queen size bed and it was very much comfortable. In the morning we were surprised with the delicious breakfast which had plenty of options. Kudos to staff who went out of the box and did everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
