There wasn’t any disabled parking at the hotel which I was told there was. The receptionist was very professional and calm. The only thing that let the hotel down was the lack of disabled access, steps into reception and down to the rooms on the ground floor, there was a door to the side of reception with a ramp but this was locked and a sign saying use main door! They have ground floors for disabled peoples but not maintained well much. So it was average experience for me to this hotel.
