Hotel standard rooms, free parking and great prices make the UEA Broadview Lodge ideal accommodation for attending business meetings, conferences or for leisure visits in the area.

As from Tuesday January 3rd 2017, Broadview Lodge will no longer be offering a B&B option for individual reservations, but will instead be offering ‘room only’ accommodation.

We have taken this decision since regular guest feedback has indicated that guests would prefer to choose their own venues across campus for breakfast.  Guests wishing to take breakfast at Ziggys, Campus Kitchen or other alternatives may do so, paying directly for their breakfasts at the venues. Broadview Lodge room rates have been reduced to reflect this change.

Broadview Lodge rooms

UEA Broadview Lodge is our hotel standard en suite accommodation.

Comprising sixty three rooms and open all year round (except Christmas and New Year), we are ideally placed for UEA and Sportspark visitors, group reservations and leisure guests. Rooms are equipped with Freeview TV, tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryer. An iron and ironing board is available upon request. Free access to Wi-Fi is via ‘The Cloud’.

We have a selection of mostly double and twin bedded rooms. In addition, we have a specially adapted ground floor accessible room with two single beds. This room is supported by a carer/family suite with one double and one twin room. sharing one en suite bathroom.  

We are proud to have once again retained our Visit England five star rating for Campus Guest Accommodation.
