Services for Guests with Disabilities

Even though a limited number of wheelchairs are available at no charge for use on the mansion property only, it is recommended that you bring one with you if you will need a wheelchair during your visit. Inquire at the shuttle boarding area or with your shuttle driver for assistance at the mansion property. There are no wheelchairs available for use at the new entertainment and exhibit complex, Elvis Presley's Memphis, so it is recommended that you bring your own wheelchair for that part of the tour.

Graceland has mansion tour shuttles equipped with a wheelchair lift. Graceland may transport a guest in their own wheelchair as long as they may be properly secured. Guests using any other equipment that can not be secured properly will be asked to sit in a seat on the shuttle during transport to the mansion grounds.

All gift shops, restaurants and visitor facilities, the automobile museum, and exhibits at Elvis Presley's Memphis are fully wheelchair accessible. The mansion tour is wheelchair accessible except for two rooms in the basement. The airplanes tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Our iPad tour features captions for our hearing-impaired guests. Guests with other special needs are invited to call ahead to make arrangements.

Party & Special Event Services

Graceland offers four exciting and unique event venues that are sure to be the perfect place for your corporate event, private rehearsal dinner or special celebration. Private evening tours of the mansion and other attractions can also be included as part of your special event.

The parking was great and easy to get to ticket office from there. They even have wheelchairs available for those who need it. Unfortunately, not all of the mansion and its grounds are wheelchair accessible. The shuttle bus over Elvis Presley boulevard was easily accessible and a lift was available. For wheelchair users, there’s no access to the famous Jungle Room in the basement. 3 cheers to the transportation staff there for their excellent equipment and buses to transport wheelchairs from the check-in area to Elvis’s home. Unfortunately not all of the home is wheelchair accessible. Over all it was not a bad tour.
