In the picturesque village of Arcen, located in the beautiful Maasduinen of North Limburg is Kasteeltuinen Arcen. Kasteeltuinen Arcen is one of the most versatile flower and plant parks in Europe. The park covers 32 hectares and has more than 15 unique gardens and a historic country estate with a 17th century castle. Kasteeltuinen Arcen has been voted the most enjoyable outing in Limburg by Land van ANWB in 2016 and 2017!

Dogs
Dogs are welcome in the park but must stay on a short leash (no leash). Doggy bags are available at the entrance (and should be used as well). In the castle dogs are not allowed ..

Wheelchairs
The paths in the park are accessible to strollers and wheelchairs, as is the castle where the lift is located. There are a limited number of wheelchairs available in the square beyond the ticket booth. You can reserve a wheelchair for free with us. The paths in the park are made up of different surfaces, so some of the trails are easier to ride on than wheelchairs and pushchairs. Our staff at the ticket office will gladly provide information about the most accessible routes in the park.

Toilets / Changing rooms
Handicapped toilets are available in many places. In the castle, in the 'Koetshuys', on the 'Golf Tuin' and in the 'Riddertenten' there are also changing rooms.

First Aid
For accidents, please contact the staff of our restaurants and shops. At the reception a paramedic is present.

Lost
property Lost property is kept at the reception at the entrance. The receptionist is your contact person if you have lost your personal belongings in the park.

Complaints and Compliments
Despite our efforts to make them as comfortable as possible during their stay in the park, it is possible that sometimes we miss something. If you have complaints, please report them to the reception. Of course, we are also happy about compliments.

Photography
Professional photo and video recordings are only permitted with the express permission of the management.

Opening times of gastronomic facilities
Depending on the number of visitors, it may happen that individual catering establishments are closed or open later in the day. Information about this can be obtained at the cashier or at the information desk.
