Puy du Fou is a historical theme park in Les Epesses in the heart of the Vendée region of Western France. The park brings more than 2 million visitors every year, making it the second most popular theme park in France after Disneyland Paris

Entry to the shows in the Grand Parc

To ensure availability and comfort, we advise you to arrive 30 minutes before the show time advertised in the daily Visitor Guide.

Visitor Parking

Parking is free in all of Puy du Fou’s car parks. The various car parks open from an hour before the Grand Parc opens until an hour after it closes. Visitors who have booked to stay in Puy du Fou's hotels must park in the Cité Nocturne car parks. Follow signs to "La Cité Nocturne - Les Hôtels du Puy du Fou” when you arrive.

Camper Van Parking

There is a parking area reserved for camper vans, caravans and motor-homes. This area is free during the day, with charges for overnight parking from 1am - 7am (€9 per night). There are shuttle buses between the parking area and the Grand Parc each morning (9am & 10am) and evening (from 6pm to 7pm in the yellow period, from 6pm to 8pm in the green period and from 6pm to 7.30pm in the blue period). The following services are available on site: drinking water, waste disposal and electriciy charging point (water token: €2 for 100 litres, electricity token €2 per 12-hour charge).

Accompanying children

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Unaccompanied children will be refused entry to the Grand Parc and all its shows and experiences. Children will also only be allowed to leave the Grand Parc if accompanied by a responsible adult.

Guide dogs

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome in the Grand Parc. Please let our bookings team (0820 09 10 10 – 0.12 per minute from a landline) know before you visit so we can help facilitate access.

ACCESSIBILITY FOR THE DISABLED

To help you get around the Grand Parc, we have two small trains called “Glaneuse” and “Colporteuse”. Priority is given to disabled visitors. Trains run approximately every 20 to 30 minutes between all stations in the Grand Parc. Please note that electric wheelchairs and pushchairs cannot use this service.

Wheelchairs

We offer manual wheelchair rental for €6 per day and electric wheelchairs for €22 per day. If you hold a disability card, please do not hesitate to contact us. Both these services may be booked in advance or requested on site at the Bourg 1900 station (Point Information) subject to availability. 

Hotel Accessibility

Some paths in the Grand Parc have steep slopes and are therefore unsuitable for wheelchairs and visitors with mobility difficulties. For information about recommended routes, you will soon be able to download the Accessibility Guide. This guide is also available from the Information Point located in the Bourg 1900 station at the entrance to the Grand Parc.

Accessibility of shows for deaf and hearing impaired visitors

Puy du Fou is equipped with loop systems to assist hearing impaired visitors. They are located at ticket booth 4, the Bourg 1900 station (Point Information), and at the hotel reception desks. We advise deaf and hearing impaired visitors to pick up an illustrated description of our shows.  It is available from the Information Point, located in the Bourg 1900 Station, at the entrance to the Grand Parc.

Accessibility of shows for blind and partially-sighted visitors

Blind and partially-sighted visitors can benefit from an audio-description of all of the major shows in the Grand Parc and the Cinéscénie. Audio guides are available from the Information Point, located in the Bourg 1900 station, at the entrance to the Grand Parc (€10).

Disabled access to the Grand Parc shows.

Disabled visitors can use the ‘Disabled’ entrances for the various shows. When you arrive at each show, please contact a member of our reception and security team. For your comfort, we advise you to arrive 30 minutes before the time indicated in the day's Visitor Guide. There are reserved spaces in all our main shows. These spaces are primarily for wheelchair users, or visitors with reduced mobility who are unable to climb the stairs. One person is permitted to accompany the disabled visitor. This number can rise (up to 5 people) according to availabilities during the performances.

Toilets in the Grand Parc

There are plenty of toilet facilities available in the Grand Parc. They include disabled toilet facilities.
