t Warner Bros. Movie World, we want to make sure that everyone’s day with us is an exciting, fun-filled experience that will never be forgotten. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities are recommended to visit Guest Services, located in Main Street (Map Reference G5) prior to presenting to our attractions. One of the key roles our Guest Services team is to assist guests to plan their day on an individual basis and determine which attractions can be undertaken safely.

Accessible Parking

Reserved parking is available in the first row of the car park for guests whose vehicles display a Disability Parking Permit. These spaces are clearly marked with the International Disabilities Symbol.

Admission Price

Discounted single day entry admission rates are available upon presentation of a State or Commonwealth issued Disability Pension Card. Please present this card to the ticket booth cashier when purchasing admission tickets to obtain the discounted rate.

Companion & Carer Admission

  • Guests who produce a Companion Card (companioncard.gov.au/) are entitled to one (1) free of charge Companion Ticket so that their companion can provide care and support during the visit.
  • Guests who produce a Carer’s Card issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities (as opposed to a Companion Card) will be entitled to a discounted admission rate.

Visit With a Companion

Regarding guests travelling with a companion/carer, it’s strongly recommended that the companion/carer try our rides/attractions first. This can be arranged by presenting the communication band to the Attraction Attendant at the ride with your companion/carer in attendance, for assistance.

First Aid

Registered Nurses staff Warner Bros. Movie World First Aid Centre. Any personal medical equipment, for example ventilators, may be stored and used at First Aid. First Aid does not supply such equipment for everyday use. Medication which requires refrigeration may also be stored at First Aid.

Restrooms

All main restrooms have facilities that are accessible, these are located at:

  • Grand Archway 
  • Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream Parlour 
  • Kids’ WB! Fun Zone 
  • Behind Hollywood Stunt Driver Arena 
  • Western Town – Opposite Wild West Burgers

Additionally, unisex companion restrooms are located:

  • Behind Grand Archway amenities (includes showering facilities)
  • First Aid

Wheelchair Hire

A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available for hire at Guest Services (Map Reference G5) for a minimal cost. Wheelchairs are available complimentary, however a $20.00 refundable deposit is required upon collection. We strongly recommend prebooking with Guest Services by calling (07) 5573 8380.

* A form of ID is required. The hire fees include GST and is per day or part thereof.

Assistance Animals

Assistance animals are welcome throughout the park with the exception of restricted ride areas. Please contact Guest Services for additional enquiries.

Assistive Listening Service

An assisted listening service which amplifies sound through headphones or induction loop is available at specific attractions for guests with hearing difficulties. A limited number of devices are available for hire from Guest Services for a refundable cash deposit of $25.

The system operates at the following locations;

  • Main Street 
  • Guest Services
  • Roxy Theatre
  • Hollywood Stunt Driver venue

Guests using Wheelchairs/Mobility Aids

Rides & Attractions

In order to maximise time and enjoyment, ride and attraction guidelines are provided for guests with disabilities, medical conditions and injuries however guests should visit the Guest Services office (location G5) before presenting to our rides and attractions. Our experienced Guest Services team are available at any time to discuss ride suitability in consideration of ride/attraction manufacturer’s guidelines. These standards and safety systems require all guests to maintain the proper riding position, meet the ride requirements, appropriately utilise the restraints systems and safely navigate evacuation stairwells and pathways. Following a conversation with Guest Services a communication wristband will be supplied to avoid any inconvenience or disruption to your day.

Dining and Shopping

All restaurants, eateries and shops are accessible by wheelchair. Should you have specific dietary requirements please contact Guest Services prior to or during your visit.

Street Entertainment and Photographic Opportunities

All of our street shows can be viewed from a number of vantage points that are easily accessible. Our favourite Looney Tunes characters and DC Comics Superheroes and Super-Villains can be seen meeting guests every day in Main Street. Please see Guest Services for character appearance times as they change daily.

Guests with Disabilities, Medical Conditions and Injuries

The rides and attractions at Warner Bros. Movie World incorporate safety systems designed by manufacturers to accommodate people of average physical stature and body proportion. These safety systems may restrict some ride suitability due to the necessity of guests to be safely contained within a restraint. Specific features, ride suitability and safety requirements of each ride are detailed in the Safety and Accessibility Guide.

In order to experience Warner Bros. Movie World’s rides and attractions, all guests must be able to maintain the proper riding position, meet the ride requirements, appropriately utilise the restraints systems and safely navigate evacuation stairwells and pathways. All guests must also be able to demonstrate a willingness and ability to comply with verbal and written rider requirements.

Warner Bros. Movie World reserves the right to make the final determination regarding ride suitability in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines and based on the information provided by each guest. Guests should visit Guest Services prior to presenting to our attractions. Our friendly Guest Services team will assist in planning the best day possible, including introducing our communication wristband to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and convenient experience in the park.

Guests with Amputations, Amelia or Prosthetic Limbs

For safety purposes some restrictions apply to guests with amputations, amelia or prosthetic limbs. Please contact our Guest Services office for further information prior to presenting to any of our rides or Attractions.

    Rides and shows for children of all ages and the staff were absolutely helpful and friendly in providing assistance for wheelchair needs. What a fantastic fun-filled theme park for the entire family. Little bit costly but will visit again
