This is a very busy hotel and a good one to stay at if you are flying from Dublin Airport. There is lots of parking, although this is an additional charge. The access to the hotel is level and there are a few accessible bays just across from the entrance. On the ground floor is the reception area, but the staff don’t use the lowered desk for some strange reason. There is also a bar and a cafe located here as well as accessible toilets of a reasonable size. We have not used the restaurant here as we either go into Swords for dinner or have an early flight and opt for breakfast at the airport. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which is accessible too. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are adequate, but, the rooms are a good way from the lifts and the carpet pile is quite thick.
