Our family has been living and farming at Swanns Bridge from 1944, for 3 generations. Our site sits on the banks of the River Roe, at the foot of Binevenagh mountain. We still have a working farm with around 180 sheep.
In 2015 Dan wanted a project, so he decided to build a wooden cabin. Following the cabin, we bought 4 bell tents, and ‘Swanns Bridge Glamping’ was created.
We opened our doors for business on 1st April 2016 and each year we have added to or expanded our site.
At Swanns Bridge Glamping we aim to promote an outdoorsy lifestyle, while providing some creature comforts. We offer a retreat for individuals, couples and families looking for the ideal base to have an outdoor adventure ‘staycation’.
