The Music Yard is offering music tuition in Larne. One to one music lessons are available in guitar, bass, drums, piano, vocal and DJing. Dance and Drama classes are also available.
The Music Yard is located at Stylux Business Park, Larne, Co Antrim and provides a selection of fully qualified tutors teaching drums, guitars (Electric/Acoustic/Bass), vocals, piano, harp, violin and DJ’ing skills.
Lessons are available for people of all ages and skill sets, either hoping to learn a new instrument and pursue grade exams or simply to play just for fun.
Students also have the opportunity (if they so wish) to perform live with The Music Yard at various events, periodically throughout the year.
A total of nine, fully equipped rooms are available for mainly one-to-one tuition. We also have a brand new dance studio enabling us to provide Dance and Drama classes and also host our popular Baby Sensory Rave sessions.
We also facilitate music wellbeing workshops for people within the community such as the elderly, additional needs, early years, people affected by mental health issues or substance abuse etc.

We provide a selection of fully qualified tutors, teaching Drums, Guitar (Electric/Acoustic/Bass), Vocals, Keyboards and DJ’ing skills. A total of nine rooms are available for mainly one-to-one tuition. Workshops and master classes are also offered. The lessons are for those either looking to learn a new instrument and achieve grade exams (which can be arranged on-site) or simply to just play as a hobby.
Once students reach a certain level, they will also have the opportunity (if they so wish) to perform live, in front of audiences, periodically throughout the year. There will also be workshops available, where established musicians will showcase their talents and pass on their expertise and advice to the students.
Prices start from £12 per half hour lesson.
