The 25 metres x 6 lane Main Pool is home to a wide range of aquatic activities including lane swimming, competitive training, ‘learn to swim’ programmes, galas/swimming championships, canoeing, sub aqua, lifesaving and general public swimming.
Adult swimming sessions are programmed Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8.00am to 10.00am and 12.00 noon to 1.30pm. Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am to 10.00am and 12.00 noon to 1.30pm.* see the Swimming Pool timetable.
The minor pool is available for families and younger swimmers.

Squash Court
Squash is a racquet sport played by two (singles) or four players (doubles) in a four-walled court.
The game was formerly called squash racquets, a reference to the “squashable” soft ball used in the game (compared with the harder ball used in its parent game racquets).

A six Badminton court size multi-purpose Sports Hall catering for Volleyball, Netball, Gymnastics, Martial arts, Birthday Parties, Basketball, Indoor tennis, Five-a-side football, Hockey, Indoor bowls and Cricket. The sports hall is also available for major sporting events such as Boxing and Martial Art competitions, major functions, conferences and exhibitions.
Pristine Exercise Space
The Studio features a solid maple sprung floor – ideal for Dancing and all types of exercise routines. The studio is typically used for Spin cycling, Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates and Zumba.
The studio has its own built-in sound system and is totally private – ideal for those who are a little self-conscious.
