Café Zest in Jenners has a wide range of delicious treats to enjoy in their loch-side and newly refurbished space. Whether it’s a quick sandwich and cake, a hearty fish and chips or a children’s meal, they have something you’ll enjoy. You can even book an Afternoon Tea if the occasion calls for something a bit special!
Caffe at the Shores, located along the loch-side boardwalk also has a great range of paninis, snacks, hot drinks and cakes. For those keen to enjoy the fresh air, both offer outdoor seating or you can bring your own and enjoy a picnic on the beach, or in the meadow at the Promentory.
The Café in SEALIFE is also available to their visitors and offers Costa Coffee, sandwiches and snacks for all the family.
An Adventurous Afternoon
For the adventurous, you have some family adventures on the water with Loch Lomond Leisure or have an ariel adventure with Treezone. For those looking for something a little less physically challenging, you can visit the Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre or Loch Lomond SEALIFE Aquarium.
Booking is required for Loch Lomond Leisure, Treezone and Loch Lomond SEALIFE Aquarium, but you can turn up and pay at the Bird of Prey Centre.
Exploring the area
Just a short walk along the beach is the Maid of the Loch and slightly further along the path you can visit Balloch Country Park.
For those hiring bikes from Loch Lomond Leisure, there are lots of great cycle paths around. the area for you to enjoy. More info on these is available within our Nature Section here on the website.
Balloch village is also only a short walk away with its range of shops, restaurants and cafes.
Weekend Extras
Every Sunday throughout June, July and August we have our outdoor market and Loch Lomond Shores from 10am to 4pm. It features a range of fresh produce, gifts and much more and is a great way to while away a Sunday in the sunshine.
We also have outdoor hot food stalls on Saturdays and Sundays, which feature everything from Bubble Waffles to Burgers and more! With lots of benches and picnic tables on the beach and promontory, there are lots of places to enjoy your takeaway food while enjoying the views.
On Saturdays and Sundays, you can also take. a50 minute cruise on Loch Lomond direct from Loch Lomond Shores with Sweeney’s Cruises.
