The London Eye, or the Millennium Wheel, is a cantilevered observation wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames in London. It is Europe's tallest cantilevered observation wheel, and is the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom with over 3 million visitors annually.

The London Eye offers 10% discount at the Q-Park Westminster car park on all pre-bookings; located a short walk from the London Eye.

Alternative car parks are also available within walking distance of the London Eye. Please note that The London Eye is within the Congestion Charge Zone.

Disabled Access

The London Eye is fully accessible.

We are happy to assist elderly and disabled guests. Please note that wheelchair access starts at the beginning of the boarding ramps. If you require assistance when joining the queue please ask a team member and they will help you.

In the event that you have several non-disabled guests with you, we may not be able to assist the whole group. We may ask you to wait near the boarding platform entrance until the rest of your group reaches you in the queue. To avoid queues, we recommend that you visit during one of our quieter times. Weekdays in school term are less busy than holidays, particularly earlier in the mornings and after 4.00pm.

To board the London Eye, there will be an element of queuing, however for those who are unable to stand for longer periods of time or do not understand the concept of queuing can have our assisted boarding service.

Please speak to a member of our team onsite regarding assisted boarding. In the event you have several non-disabled guests with you, we may not be able to assist the whole group and may be asked to wait near the boarding platform entrance until the rest of your group reaches you in the queue.

London Eye is proud to provide T Loop facilities in our Ticket Hall and London Eye River Cruise. If you would like to use this please seek assistance from staff and switch to the T loop setting on your device(s). On our London Eye River Cruises, T-loops systems are available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
