This coffee shop was established as Mike Ehrmantraut’s meeting place in Breaking Bad; and in Better Call Saul it also becomes Jimmy’s meeting place. After all he can’t exactly see clients in his nail salon home/office. There’s plenty of street parking in front of the restaurant, and barrier-free access inside, so go on in, grab a booth and have a bite to eat.
