From its original setting on E. Bay Street in the downtown area of Savannah, GA, the River Street Inn captures the city’s history, charm and character like few other hotels. Located in a beautifully restored, 200-year-old cotton warehouse in the downtown Historic District overlooking the beautiful Savannah River and Historic River Street, our hotel seamlessly blends warmth and intimacy with the modern comfort and the 4-Star services and amenities of a contemporary boutique hotel.
Built in 1817 as a cotton warehouse, this riverfront hotel in the Historic District is steps away from River Street shops and dining, and a 7-minute walk from City Market.
The polished, traditionally styled rooms feature river or city views, cable TV and free Wi-Fi, with some also featuring 4-poster beds, exposed brick walls, wood floors and balconies.
