Description
Come and relax amongst the bellbirds, we have 21 acres of land for you to explore. Clark Bay Cottages offer four purpose built accessible, self-contained cottages set on the waterfront of the Wagonga Inlet in Narooma. Kitchens in Cottages 1-3 have safe induction cook tops and Cottage 4 has a traditional cook top and oven. All Cottages have microwaves ovens, BBQ's on accessible verandas, remote control air conditioning, internal laundries, TV/DVDs. Bedding and linen can be provided (surcharge applies) or bring your own. Only 5 mins drive to beaches, golf course, clubs, shops and restaurants. Seasonal outdoor pool, tennis court and table tennis available. There are no steps and ramps have a gentle slope of 1 in 20. Three of the Cottages have automatic doors. Wheelchair accessible parking is available next to the cottages.

There are 3 two bedroom cottages (which can sleep up to 6 people each) and one four bedroom cottage (sleeping up to 12 people, two bedrooms with 4 single beds each, two bedrooms with two single beds each). Cottage 1 has a ceiling hoist in one bedroom with transfer rail to bathroom. Two Cottages have en-suite bathrooms to each bedroom featuring hobless showers, 1/4 turn long handled taps, with fixed and hand held showers and vertical hand rails. Lowered hand basins and mirrors. Bathrooms can accommodate a mobile hoist (the same features are available in the separate bathroom in Cottage 3). Cottage 4 has one accessible bathroom and another bathroom with a hobless shower and an additional toilet and sink. Shower chairs are available. Drop down rails around each toilet (not in Cottage 4). Doorway widths are 870 mm. The recreation hall is fully accessible via a ramp and it is place for functions or family get-together. It is a lovely spot to hand out on a rainy day and it is free to use when you stay with us.
