Located a short walk from Coniston village on the north east shore of Coniston Water and half way between the two picturesque Lake District Villages of Coniston and Hawkshead. The Grade II listed 15th Century Farmhouse with original low ceilings, exposed oak beams, and open log fires has been providing a warm welcome to guests for over 60 years.
Our six individually furnished bedrooms, (with multiple combinations of doubles, twins and family rooms sleeping upto 17 people) are the ideal place in a fantastic setting from which to enjoy all the lake district has to offer.
The excellent cooked breakfasts from the farmhouse kitchen are the ideal start for any of the traditional Lake District activities including the walking, mountain bikiing, climbing and water sports right on your doorstep or an indulgent treat at the start of a lazy day.
Our self catering accommodation is consists of six adjoining cottages, all sympathetically restored to a high standard whilst retaining the character and personality of the original farm buildings.
Each cottage has stunning views of the lake and fells and shares a picnic terrace.
