Do you fancy a tasty specialty beer on tap? You have come to the right place for that too. We serve (and sell in the shop) specialty beer from the local Eindhoven City Brewery.
In the course of the year, together with the City Brewery Eindhoven, we will be presenting various Wasven beers such as 'Geen deeds maar regions', 'Even strekeriger bier' and 'Een regioje los'.
The quality mark is awarded by Ongehinder and Vereniging Bartiméus Sonneheerdt, who hereby give the starting signal for their new collaboration. They are committed to easily accessible locations for people with a specific visual impairment.
There is also an app: Ongehinder, which allowed people to judge their favorite restaurant (s) themselves. From all submissions, a selection was made of the best rated restaurants, and these were approved on 25 aspects for the Dutch Quality Mark for Accessibility. The ten that came out on top meet requirements such as an entrance that is free of obstacles and thresholds; the presence of a disabled toilet; allowing guide and assistance dogs; stickers on glass walls and doors so that they are clearly visible to visually impaired visitors; and the willingness to turn the music down or off at the request of a deaf or hard-of-hearing visitor. The gasterij meets all these points.
