The Museum of Royal Worcester is a ceramics museum located in the Royal Worcester porcelain factory's former site in Worcester, England.
The Museum of Royal Worcester: an exceptional heritage of local, regional, and national importance. The Museum connects people with big stories of social and design history and global exchange through a very local heritage and the relatable medium of ceramics, which is both precious and ordinary. Our displays share the peoples’ stories that emerge from the collection including workers, apprentices, artists, owners, celebrity customers, and characters from history and fiction.
The Museum of Royal Worcester holds over 10,000 ceramic objects. This digital database has been extracted from our catalogue; it is our intention to provide world-wide access to this fascinating collection and further items will be added on a regular basis.
