Set in an old lake lodge, the County Line on the Lake is right on Bull Creek just off Lake Austin, and has been well known for years as THE place in Austin to take out-of-town guests. Enjoy a cold beer or margarita on our large redwood deck over-looking the water.
The County Line has been servin' up legendary award-winning, slow-smoked bar-b-q since 1975. We're famous for our big meaty ribs, extra lean brisket and spicy German sausage. But there's more than great food to enjoy at The County Line. Our spectacular views and roadhouse decor are as unique and legendary as the food we serve.
The County Line on the Lake has several party room options for groups of any size. Our large party tent can accommodate groups of up to 120 comfortably or can be opened up onto the lawn for even larger parties. The Lake also offers a beautiful lakeside lawn and arbor the would make a great setting for your wedding ceremony.

Read All ReviewsWhat a wonderful place to stop for lunch. A really atmospheric bar, right beside the river and in lovely settings. The staff were welcoming and the whole bar/restaurant was accessible. The river out the back was also accessible and we were able to have a drink out here before dining. We could watch the fish and the turtles swimming as well as purchase food to fedd them too. The food was delcious and we had a great time listening to the music. Brilliant and I loved it.
