Not just another steakhouse, Steak 48 will be a warm contemporary steakhouse featuring prime steaks, a raw bar and extensive fresh seafood selection, unique appetizers including ahi poke and burrata with grilled stone fruit and side dishes including a double baked truffle potato, asparagus fries and corn crème brûlée, classic cocktails and an extensive award winning wine list.
Steak 48 is operated by Jeffrey and Michael Mastro who have extensive experience running innovative steakhouses. Their goal is to serve the best steaks Houston diners can find. All of our beef is brought in from responsible farms, and we utilize our in-house butcher shop to wet age our steaks for 28 days before custom cutting them by hand to ensure unbeatable quality & taste.
Our prime grade beef is complemented by fresh seafood, traditional side dishes, and unique desserts. Executive Chef Jeff Taylor works closely with the ownership group to bring in ingredients from sustainable sources. If any ingredient does not pass his inspection process, it will never make its way onto our menu.
Steak 48’s dining space offers unique opportunities for diners. Our Chef’s table seats 14 guests in the center of the restaurant with a view of Chef Taylor’s culinary team. Our many secluded nooks are perfect for a romantic night out. No matter the occasion, Steak 48 is the perfect place to celebrate.
