We are open all day everyday for drinks and coffee from 11am. Food is served 11am to 3pm and from 5pm to 9pm on weekdays. Also, all day from 11am at the weekend and during school holidays. We do not take reservations, however we will seat you as soon as we can.

The Bowgie is a Taste of the West member and renowned for hearty and homemade dishes ranging from soups, curries, pies, nachos, fish dishes to steak and grills. And make sure you’re hungry, our portion sizes are big!
Our famous, homemade Bowgie quiches and Sunday Roasts are just a couple of the highlights that bring people from far and wide.
Mouth-watering meals incorporate prime ingredients and Cornish produce whenever possible and cater for a range of tastes, diets and appetites including vegetarian, gluten and dairy-free.
You can tuck into Bowgie delights from 11am each day, choosing from a choice of dining areas. The Bowgie has lots of seating inside and out so whether you prefer to dine next to a cosy fire or outside in the beer garden – there’s something for everyone. The view over Crantock beach is stunning, wherever you sit!

DESSERTS
If you appreciate that life is short and eat dessert first, our homemade apple crumble, warm chocolate fudge cake and sticky toffee pudding are just a few delights to tempt you off your diet. Our homemade treacle tart is made from a family recipe used for over 40 years, and has been a favourite with diners for generations. We also have gorgeous Warm Chocolate Brownies for those who are gluten free!

Our fully stocked bar is crammed with local and guest ales and ciders (mulled if you’re trying to warm up!) and a variety of wines to compliment meals or to be enjoyed on their own. If you’re looking for Cornish food and drink, we aim to offer the very best of what’s available, supporting as many local food and drink producers as possible to help showcase Cornwall in all its culinary glory. St Austell Brewery, Skinner’s, Healey’s Cyder, Aval Dor Vodka, Cornish Lust Liqueur, Camel Valley wines, Keltek Beers, Cornish Orchards, Tarquin’s Gin and Rebel Brewery are some of our local suppliers.
