Persijn Persijn, Amstelvlietstraat 4a, 1096 GG Amsterdam, Netherlands

Persijn Dutch Eatery stands for honest, tasty and responsible food in Amsterdam. With ingredients from Dutch soil and from their own greenhouse, the team shows that Dutch cuisine can also be innovative and surprising. No-nonsense and versatile, for lunch and dinner. Or just a cup of coffee, we also like that. Feel at home at Persijn.

Located on the ground floor of QO Amsterdam, Persijn is a spacious restaurant with a trendy interior. The menu offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner — all made with locally-sourced ingredients. Their BBQ asparagus, tomato, and hazelnut cauliflower are just some of my favourites on the menu.

THE GREENHOUSE

Fresh from our greenhouse, directly on your plate. That is what you can expect at Persijn. Because in addition to products from local entrepreneurs, we serve as many home-grown vegetables, herbs, fruit and even fish as possible. We do this in our unique greenhouse on top of the roof, where we can work as circularly and sustainably as possible with the latest technology and aquaponics.

DUTCH CUISINE

Persijn represents Dutch cuisine in Amsterdam. Because it deserves attention. We have a rich food culture that also forms the perfect basis for sustainable and healthy food.

SUNDAY BOOZY BRUNCH

Sunday morning ... the ultimate moment to sleep in, take it easy and have an extensive brunch. At Persijn we understand that! That is why we are organizing the Sunday Boozy Brunch together with Ketel One. Every first Sunday of the month between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM you can sit down and enjoy unlimited tastes of eggs, pancakes and cakes.
