Madame Tussauds can also be reached by car. Various parking facilities can be found nearby, including those at the Bijenkorf. The Bijenkorf garage is a short five-minute walk from Madame Tussauds.

Fire regulations only permit 2 wheelchair users in the museum at one time. If you would like to visit Madame Tussauds Amsterdam in a wheelchair, the museum recommends making a reservation beforehand.
Our attraction is only accessible on foot and limited in wheelchair. All other means of transport such as segways, mobility scooters, etc. are not permitted.
Wheelchair users are always welcome at Madame Tussauds. However, due to strict regulations of the fire brigade, we may allow two wheelchair users at the same time. Your safety is guaranteed by these fire regulations. So always contact us so that we know about your arrival. In connection with the wheelchair lift, your wheelchair must meet the following dimensions: maximum length (excluding removable footrest) 85 centimeters, maximum width 75 centimeters and the weight including person maximum 200 kilos.
Unfortunately, electric wheelchairs are not permitted due to safety regulations.
