We can offer you peace and quiet, rest and relaxation, yet only a short walk to the Castle, Princes Street and all of Edinburgh’s attractions.
Our two en suite rooms are bright and sunny with vies over the front and back gardens. Very good quality mattresses for a sound night’s sleep.
Excellent breakfasts include local Scottish produce and our own homemade breads, jams and marmalades. All dietry requirements catered for.
Free collection from the airport bus or Waverley Station. Parking in the drive.
Parking
Our driveway has space for two cars. Safety is ensured as we close the drive gates at night. Parking is at a premium in the centre of Edinburgh, visitors can leave their cars during their stay and enjoy the city on foot.

A good nights is a very important part of staying away! Both our en suite rooms have King size beds with the finest quality VI Spring mattresses, they support your back and ensure a good nights rest.
Tea and Coffee making facilites with a wide range of Herbal Teas are provided, with Scottish Shortbread.
You will also find Hairdryers, Sewing Kits and Colour TV. Visitor Information includes Edinburgh guides, Maps, Eating out guides and lots of Specilaist Information. We are always happy to help with local info. and restaurants and can always book you a table during the busy summer months.
